Mango peach champagne cocktail
A velvety smooth summer cocktail made with a whole lemon, mango, peach, honey, mint, and champagne.
What goes in
- 1 lemon (approx. 100 g), cut into pieces
- 1 mango (approx. 200 g), peeled and chopped
- 2 peaches (approx. 300 g), chopped
- 250 ml water
- 250 ml champagne
- 2 tbsp honey
- 10 fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
- 10 ice cubes
How to do it
- 01
Cut the lemon, mango, and peaches into pieces.

Add the fruit pieces to a blender with 250 ml water and blend until smooth.

Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a measuring cup to remove solids.

Stir in 2 tbsp honey and 125 ml champagne.
- 05
Add the ice cubes and finely chopped mint leaves.
- 06
Pour in the remaining 125 ml champagne and stir gently.

Pour into glasses and garnish with a slice of mango peel if desired.
