Homemade burger with blended sauce

- chili flakes

- multigrain hamburger buns
- egg (for sauce)
- mustard
- olive oil
- butter
- pickles
- white onion
- tomato
- lettuce

How to do it

In a bowl, combine ground beef, one egg, oregano, chili flakes, and paprika powder. Mix well.

Form the mixture into burger patties.

For the sauce, blend together egg, mustard, and olive oil using an immersion blender until thick and pale.

Toast the hamburger buns.

Melt butter in a frying pan and cook the patties to desired doneness, flipping once.

Slice pickles and white onion.

Assemble the burger: spread sauce on the bottom bun, add cooked patties, onion rings, tomato, lettuce, sliced pickles, and more sauce. Squeeze lemon juice over the top.
