    In a yellow ceramic bowl, combine diced white onions, chopped Iberico bacon, sliced tomatoes, chopped green onions, a whole green chili pepper, olive oil, and a squeeze of lemon.

    Pour red wine into the bowl and stir. Place the bowl on the grill over the coals, cover with a metal lid, and simmer for 30 minutes.

    Place the raw Angus beef patties into a grilling basket and grill over the coals until cooked to desired doneness.

    Slice the bread loaf into thick pieces, place them in a fish-shaped grilling basket, and toast over the fire until charred.

    Remove the grilled bread and slice into smaller pieces. Slice avocado and white onion into rings.

    Lay a sheet of baking paper on a table and arrange two iceberg lettuce leaves on it.

    Assemble the wrap: place a piece of grilled bread on the lettuce, then a cooked patty, sliced avocado, onion rings, and sliced tomatoes.
