Organic Salmon Mousse Sandwich
A creamy salmon mousse served on perfectly toasted bread, topped with organic avocado and slices of raw salmon.

- capers
- sour cream
- mayonnaise
- salt
- pepper
- fresh dill
- gelatin
- bread (2 slices)
- avocado (1)
- raw salmon (slices)

Toast two slices of bread.

Open the cans of salmon, drain the liquid into a glass bowl, and add the solid contents of two cans to the bowl.

In a separate dish on the stovetop, pour liquid and add a white cube of gelatin. Mix until dissolved.

Scoop a large dollop of sour cream onto a plate. Add capers, drizzle olive oil, squeeze mayonnaise, and grate lemon zest over the mixture. Mix with a fork.

Add the creamy mixture to the glass bowl with salmon. Add fresh dill and stir.

Transfer the salmon mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.

Press the blended mixture into a square metal mold to shape onto each slice of toast.
