Ribeye & King Crab with Parisian Green Sauce
A winter BBQ feast featuring organic ribeye steak and king crab legs, served with a vibrant green sauce inspired by Café de Paris.



Wat erin gaat
- 1 organic ribeye steak
- 2 king crab legs
- 4 herbs: sage, parsley, basil, tarragon
- anchovies (to taste)
- capers (to taste)
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- walnuts (a handful)
- butter (for onion sauce)
- 1 red onion (diced)
- 1 egg
- white vinegar (splash)
- mustard (to taste)
Hoe doe je het
- 01
Start a fire in the BBQ and place a grill grate over burning logs.

In a small pot on an induction cooktop, sauté diced red onion in butter until softened.

Place the king crab legs and ribeye steak on the BBQ grill. Cook, flipping once, until desired doneness.

Meanwhile, chop the fresh herbs (sage, parsley, basil, tarragon) and add to a blender cup.

Add anchovies, capers, lemon juice, and walnuts to the blender. Blend until combined.

Add the butter-onion mixture to the blender and blend again to form a green sauce.

In a measuring cup, whisk together an egg, a splash of white vinegar, and mustard.

Pour the green sauce into the egg mixture and whisk until emulsified.

Remove the steak and crab legs from the grill. Slice the steak.

Warm the green sauce in the pot, then spoon over the plated steak and crab legs. Enjoy.
