Melted camembert, tomato & smoked salmon sandwich
A seriously delicious toasted baguette sandwich with melted camembert, tomato, and the finest smoked salmon, finished with arugula and lemon.
What goes in
- baguette (or brown bread)
- yellow mustard
- camembert cheese
- tomatoes
- smoked salmon
- arugula
- lemon
How to do it

Toast the baguette (or brown bread).

Spread with yellow mustard.

Add slices of camembert.

Top with tomato.

Bake for 10 minutes at 220°C (425°F), finishing under the grill for the last few minutes.

Add the finest smoked salmon.

Finish with green arugula and a squeeze of lemon.
