Organic Mussels with Ultimate Sauce
A simple yet flavorful dish of mussels cooked in white wine and vegetables, then served with a creamy blended sauce.

For the sauce, take some of the cooking liquid plus a few spoonfuls of the vegetables, add a few chunks of butter, and blend with a stick blender until smooth.
