Whipped smoked feta with roasted romano peppers
A creamy, smoky dip made by blending roasted Romano peppers with smoked feta, olive oil, lemon, and garlic. Perfect for toasted bread, crackers, or veggies.
What goes in
- smoked feta cheese
- Romano peppers (pointed peppers)
- olive oil
- freshly ground black pepper
- lemon juice
- garlic clove (for rubbing on toast)
- bread (for toasting)
How to do it
- 01
Roast the Romano peppers in the oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes.

Remove the seeds from the roasted peppers and add them to a bowl with the sliced smoked feta.

Add a generous drizzle of olive oil and blend until smooth and creamy.

Finish with some freshly ground black pepper.

Optionally, squeeze in some lemon juice and blend again.

Toast some bread and rub a peeled garlic clove over the surface.
