Melon Burrata Salad with Basil Sauce
A refreshing summer salad combining three types of melon, creamy burrata, and prosciutto, drizzled with a vibrant basil-melon sauce.

- watermelon
- green honeydew melon
- burrata cheese

Cut the orange cantaloupe melon into halves and then into smaller chunks. Transfer to a large bowl.

Add watermelon chunks and green honeydew melon chunks to the bowl.

Make the sauce: In a measuring pitcher, combine fresh basil leaves, honeydew melon slices, olive oil, a red tomato, and blend until smooth.

Add balsamic vinegar and lemon juice to the blended sauce and mix well.

Place a ball of burrata cheese into the bowl with the melons.

Pour the green sauce over the cheese and melons, then mix everything together.

Spoon a portion of the salad onto a plate, drizzle extra sauce around, and top with a slice of prosciutto and a sprig of basil.
