Spanish Tomato, Anchovy, and Iberico Ham Sandwich
A Spanish-inspired sandwich with a unique twist: the tomato and anchovy mixture is strained to create a flavorful juice, then the solids are used as a spread on pan-toasted bread, topped with Iberico ham and pecorino.

- Spanish anchovies (canned)

- bread (2 slices)
- Spanish Iberico ham
- Pecorino cheese

Grate red tomatoes into a bowl.

Open a can of Spanish anchovies and add them to the grated tomatoes.

Mash the anchovies and tomatoes together with a fork.
