Fried Prawns with Chorizo, White Asparagus, Tomatoes, and White Wine

An insane combo of prawns, chorizo, white asparagus, and tomatoes simmered in white wine, finished with lemon juice. Perfect with fresh baguette for dipping.

    Heat oil in a pan. Add sliced chorizo and cook until it releases oil.

    Add prawns and cook for a few minutes. Remove prawns and set aside.

    Add white asparagus, halved tomatoes, and chopped garlic to the pan.

    Pour in white wine and let everything simmer gently for 15-20 minutes.

    Return the prawns to the pan and finish with a squeeze of lemon juice.

    Serve with fresh baguette on the side for dipping into the sauce.

How to make it?
Throw the chorizo into the pan first. Then add the prawns and cook them for a few minutes. Take them out and set aside. Add the white asparagus, tomatoes, and garlic. Pour in some white wine. Let everything simmer gently for about 15 to 20 minutes. Add the prawns back in at the end and finish with a squeeze of lemon juice.

Perfect with fresh baguette on the side… so you can dip it straight into the sauce.
