Seared Tuna Sandwich with Wasabi Mayo
A quick and delicious seared tuna sandwich with avocado, shallot, and a spicy wasabi mayo, all on a bun with fresh coriander.



Wat erin gaat
- tuna, cubed
- 1 shallot, sliced
- 1 avocado, cubed
- mayonnaise
- soy sauce
- wasabi paste
- fresh coriander
- bun
- pepper
Hoe doe je het

Heat a pan and add cubed tuna. Sear quickly for about one minute, tossing occasionally.

Grind pepper over the tuna. Add sliced shallot and toss together.

Cut avocado in half, remove pit, and dice into cubes.

In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, soy sauce, and wasabi paste to make the sauce. Stir in chopped fresh coriander.

Slice the bun in half. Place the cooked tuna and shallot mixture on the bottom half.

Top with diced avocado, then spoon the wasabi mayo sauce over.

Add fresh coriander leaves on top and close with the top half of the bun. Serve immediately.
