  • Curry powder (3 tablespoons)
  • Vegetable stock
  • Parsley
  • Lemon (yellow friend)
  • Little gem lettuce
  • Rice
  • Oil or butter

Hoe doe je het

    Slice mushrooms and sauté in a pan with oil or butter.

  2. 02

    Add crushed garlic and pepper, toss to combine.

  3. 03

    Add sliced shallots and continue sautéing.

  4. 04

    In a separate bowl, mix curry powder with a little vegetable stock to form a smooth yellow liquid.

    Transfer the cooked mushrooms and shallots to the curry mixture.

  6. 06

    Add chopped parsley and squeeze lemon juice into the mixture.

  7. 07

    Serve by placing lettuce leaves on a plate, spooning rice onto them, and topping with the mushroom curry ragout.
