Fried Egg with Dutch Shrimp and Caviar
A luxurious Sunday morning dish featuring a fried egg with purslane, Dutch shrimp, and caviar, all organic except the caviar.

- Dutch shrimp (cooked, small)
- caviar
- 1 slice of bread (toasted)
- lemon (a small piece)
- pepper
