    Separate egg yolks from whites; use only the yolks.

    In a measuring cup, combine egg yolks, a spoonful of miso paste, and a teaspoon of lemon juice. Whisk together.

    Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking continuously until the mixture thickens into a sauce.

    Season the red fish fillet with salt and pepper. Pan-fry in olive oil until golden brown and cooked through.

    Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the cooked fish.

    Plate the fish and asparagus, then drizzle the miso-lemon sauce over the top.
