Easter Brunch Spinach with Fried Eggs

Hoe doe je het

  1. 01

    Blanch spinach in boiling water, then transfer to an ice bath to keep the green color.

  2. 02

    Squeeze the water out of the blanched spinach.

  3. 03

    Grate garlic over the spinach, add soy sauce, sesame seeds, and sesame oil. Mix well.

  4. 04

    Boil eggs, then peel and cut into quarters.

  5. 05

    Heat oil in a frying pan, add a garlic clove and the quartered boiled eggs. Fry briefly.

  6. 06

    Add soy sauce to the eggs and toss.

  7. 07

    Plate the spinach mixture and top with the fried eggs.
