Iceberg Salad with an Eastern Twist - Maurice Style
Crunchy iceberg lettuce with a savory miso-sesame dressing, soft-boiled eggs, and crushed seaweed crispies.

- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 soft-boiled eggs
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp white miso
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 squeeze lemon juice
- 1 squeeze wasabi
- seaweed crispies, crushed
Hoe doe je het

Toast sesame seeds in a hot pan until golden, then transfer to a mixing bowl.

Add soft-boiled eggs to the bowl and gently stir to combine with sesame seeds.
