  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 soft-boiled eggs
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp white miso
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 squeeze lemon juice
  • 1 squeeze wasabi
  • seaweed crispies, crushed

Hoe doe je het

pan-fry

    Toast sesame seeds in a hot pan until golden, then transfer to a mixing bowl.

    Add soft-boiled eggs to the bowl and gently stir to combine with sesame seeds.

    In the same bowl, add soy sauce, sesame oil, white miso, minced garlic, lemon juice, and wasabi. Mix well to form the dressing.

    Chop the iceberg lettuce and add to the bowl. Toss to coat with dressing.

    Finish with crushed seaweed crispies and mix again. Serve.

A bit minced garlic 
A squeeze of lemon 
A squeeze of wasabi

Add the iceberg lettuce and finish with crushed seaweed crispies.
