Organic Spring Rolls (Maurice Style)
Delicious organic spring rolls with chicken, vegetables, and a flavorful filling, wrapped in rice paper and served with soy and sriracha sauce.

- Lemon (squeeze)
- Chicken seasoning
- Bean sprouts
- White mushrooms

- Rice paper
- Soy sauce
- Sriracha sauce
Hoe doe je het

Bake organic chicken thighs in olive oil over low heat.

Add sliced orange carrots, sliced leek, crushed garlic, grated ginger, and a knob of butter.

Add a squeeze of fresh lemon and chicken seasoning.

Add white mushrooms and a splash of red wine (optional).

Add bean sprouts last and cook briefly to keep them crunchy.

Soak rice paper in lukewarm water for 10 seconds.

Place filling on rice paper and roll tightly.
