Hoe doe je het

boilpan-fry
  1. 01

    Boil green beans for 5 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath.

  2. 02

    Peel and boil potatoes until tender, then mash.

  3. 03

    Blend garlic with olive oil to make a garlic oil mixture.

  4. 04

    Sear green beans in a hot pan with high heat.

  5. 05

    Add the garlic oil mixture to the beans and toss.

  6. 06

    Remove beans from pan. Add soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, and sesame oil to the pan and stir.

  7. 07

    Return beans to the pan and coat with the sauce.

  8. 08

    Plate mashed potatoes and top with the green beans.
