    To the same pan, add white wine, capers, anchovies, chopped onion, grated red tomato, and a sprig of rosemary. Stir with a wine cork or spoon.

    Add a stream of cream (TBASC), a touch of mustard, a drizzle of olive oil, and a few drops of hot sauce. Whisk to combine.

    Pass the sauce through a colander to strain, collecting the liquid in a bowl.
