Pan-Seared Tuna with Creamy Anchovy Sauce
A quick and flavorful pan-seared tuna steak served with a creamy sauce made from white wine, capers, anchovies, and fresh herbs.

Pass the sauce through a colander to strain, collecting the liquid in a bowl.
