    Char the red bell pepper over a flame or in a wood-burning stove until skin is blackened and blistered.

    Remove the pepper, let cool slightly, then peel off the charred skin. Slice into strips.

    In a bowl, combine the roasted pepper strips, drained tuna, capers, and pitted green olives.

    Grate the garlic clove into the bowl and add salt to taste. Stir to combine.

    Drizzle with olive oil and mix again.
