Roasted Pepper with Golden Anchovies on Toast

Hoe doe je het

    Roast the red pointed pepper in the oven until charred.

    Toast the spelt bread slices.

  3. 03

    Butter the toasted bread.

    Remove the roasted pepper from the oven, slice lengthwise, and remove seeds.

    Finely chop the garlic and sprinkle over the pepper.

    Season with black pepper, lemon juice, and dried oregano.

    Place anchovy fillets on top of the pepper.

    Grate Parmigiano Reggiano over the dish.

    Drizzle generously with olive oil.

    Arrange the buttered toast around the pepper and serve.
