Roasted Pepper with Golden Anchovies on Toast
A quick and delicious Christmas starter featuring roasted red pepper, golden anchovies, and Parmigiano Reggiano on toasted spelt bread.

- 1 clove garlic
- Black pepper
- Lemon juice
- Dried oregano
- Golden anchovies (from House of Caviar)
- Parmigiano Reggiano
- Olive oil
- Spelt bread
- Butter
