Homemade Flatbread & Hummus
Quick and easy homemade flatbread paired with creamy hummus, finished with crème fraîche, coriander, and chili flakes.

- 200 g flour
- 200 g Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp water
- pinch of salt
- olive oil
- chickpeas (canned)
- tahini
- lemon
- garlic
- crème fraîche
- coriander
- chili flakes
Hoe doe je het

Mix flour, Greek yogurt, baking powder, water, and salt by hand to form a dough. Rest for 15 minutes.

Divide dough into small balls and roll out into flatbreads using a champagne bottle or rolling pin.

Pan-fry flatbreads with a touch of olive oil until golden, flipping once.

In a tall glass, combine chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, and olive oil. Blend with an immersion blender until smooth.

Add fresh coriander and blend again. Taste and adjust seasoning.

Transfer hummus to a wooden bowl. Add a scoop of crème fraîche next to it.

Drizzle olive oil over the hummus and crème fraîche. Sprinkle with coriander and chili flakes. Squeeze lemon wedge on top.

Serve with warm flatbread for dipping.
