Pan-Seared Salmon Sandwich with Crispy Skin
A comforting rainy-day sandwich featuring pan-seared salmon, crispy twice-fried skin, and a fresh salad with cucumber, spring onion, avocado, and lemon, all finished with a spicy mayo dressing.
