Burrata with Anchovies, Tomatoes, and Arugula

Hoe doe je het

    Place a ball of burrata on a white plate.

  2. 02

    Cut the burrata open to reveal the creamy interior.

  3. 03

    Drizzle olive oil over the burrata.

  4. 04

    Add anchovies on top of the burrata.

  5. 05

    Grate a ripe tomato over the burrata and anchovies.

  6. 06

    Add sliced cherry tomatoes to the dish.

  7. 07

    Grind black pepper generously over the dish.

  8. 08

    Add fresh arugula leaves.

  9. 09

    Decorate with breadsticks.

    Serve and enjoy.

This dish is simply amazing, but every single time it makes people fall in love - with the flavour, and with the look. 

The olive oil I’m using has something very special. Name: Vatopedi Monastery. It’s produced at the Holy and Great Monastery of Vatopedi on the Mount Athos peninsula in Greece (and yes - 100% organic).
