One of the tastiest ways to prepare sea bream: Japanese style!

How? Braise the fish for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, make a ginger oil: slice fresh ginger, let it simmer in sunflower oil on low heat for 15–20 minutes. Slice an onion into strips. Once the fish is done, top it with onion, fresh coriander, and pour the super-hot ginger oil over it. Finish with a splash of soy sauce. Pure magic!

👉 Note: All ingredients are organic.

And the drink? An organic iced tea from Walden (Jetdrinks) - fresh and light!
