  • salt & pepper (to taste)
  • potatoes (3, peeled and cubed)
  • green beans (handful, trimmed)
  • tuna (1 can, drained)
  • shallot (1, chopped)
  • white wine (optional, for serving)

Hoe doe je het

    Whisk together two egg yolks, wine vinegar, mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the vinaigrette.

    Boil the potatoes together with the green beans until tender, then drain.

    Add chopped shallot to the vinaigrette and stir.

    Add drained tuna to the vinaigrette and mix well.

    Add the cooked potatoes and green beans to the bowl and stir everything together.

    Transfer to a serving bowl and serve slightly warm or cold.

How to make it: whisk together two egg yolks, wine vinegar, mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, salt & pepper for the vinaigrette. Boil the potatoes together with the green beans. Mix everything well, add the tuna, and it’s ready!

I like to serve it slightly warm - but it’s also amazing cold. And of course, everything is organic.
