Pan con Tomate with Anchovies
A simple and delicious organic Pan con Tomate on spelt bread, topped with anchovies and fresh basil.

- garlic (1 clove)
- olive oil
- salt
- black pepper
- anchovy fillets (several)
- fresh basil leaves
