Organic Spelt Tagliatelle with Autumn Truffle and Leek

Heavenly pasta dish with paper-thin sliced leek, black truffle, and butter, finished with extra truffle slices.

Hoe doe je het

  1. 01

    Gently melt butter in a pan without browning.

  2. 02

    Very thinly grate the leek and slowly soften it in the butter.

  3. 03

    Grate the truffle into tiny shreds and stir into the leek mixture.

  4. 04

    Cook the tagliatelle in boiling salted water until al dente.

  5. 05

    Add the cooked tagliatelle to the pan, season with pepper and salt.

  6. 06

    Add a few spoonfuls of pasta water for creaminess and toss well.

  7. 07

    Serve with extra thin truffle slices on top.
