Organic Nasi!

And the secret? Organic ground beef instead of chicken. It adds so much more flavor and depth.

👉 How to make it:
Start by browning the ground beef in olive oil, then take it out of the pan. In the same pan, sauté a chopped onion, and shortly after, add sliced leek. I always use the classic Dutch nasi spice mix from that well-known brand - it never fails. Add a splash of water and one finely chopped fresh chili. Let it all simmer for about 10 minutes.

Then stir the beef back in, along with two finely chopped pickles. Here comes the twist: crack in one raw egg and stir everything together. Let it cook for another 5 minutes until rich, creamy, and full of flavor.

Serve with prawn crackers, atjar tjampoer, and a generous spoonful of seroendeng.
Simple, tasty, and fully organic.
