Twice-Fried Marinated Chicken Wings
Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside – these next-level wings are marinated with garden herbs and twice-fried over fire.

- fresh rosemary
- 1 diced tomato
- curcuma spice
- chili flakes
- black pepper
- sea salt
- homegrown olive oil
- lots of garlic
- 1 red onion (chopped)
- flour (for dusting)
- red bell pepper (optional, from video)
- rice (from video)
- wine (from video, optional)
- beer (from video, optional)
Hoe doe je het

Mix fresh thyme, rosemary, diced tomato, curcuma, chili flakes, black pepper, sea salt, olive oil, lots of garlic, and chopped red onion to make the marinade.

Add chicken wings to the marinade and let soak for 1 hour.

First fry: Cook the marinated wings over fire for 8 minutes.

Lightly dust the wings with flour.

Second fry: Cook for another 10 minutes, turning now and then.

Serve immediately. Optionally, cook rice and vegetables in the same pot as shown in the video.
