Pan-Made Skewers with Fennel Sausage and Pork Belly

No grill? No problem. These pan-made skewers are just as good, maybe even better. Juicy, caramelized, smoky, and ready in 15 minutes!

Hoe doe je het

    Thread pieces of pork belly, yellow bell pepper, zucchini, onion, and cubed meat onto wooden skewers.

    Heat a pan with cooking oil over high heat. Place the skewers in the hot pan and sear for a few minutes.

    Add a generous spoon of butter, fresh thyme, and chopped garlic to the pan. Baste the skewers with the flavored butter.

    Cook until the skewers are juicy and caramelized, then remove from the pan and serve.

I used organic fennel sausages, paprika, zucchini, onion, and pieces of thick-cut organic pork belly.

Threaded it all onto skewers and gave it a good sear in a hot pan.

After a few minutes, I added a generous spoon of butter, fresh thyme from the garden, and some chopped garlic. Then basted the skewers in all that flavor.

The result? Juicy, caramelized, smoky, without even touching the BBQ.
Simple. Delicious. And ready in 15 minutes!
