Nettle Tea, straight from the garden!

It doesn’t get more organic than this wild nettles, freshly picked from the garden (yes, with gloves on!).

Nettles are a powerhouse of nutrients:
They’re packed with **vitamins A, C, K, and several B vitamins, plus iron, calcium, magnesium, and antioxidants.

Here’s how I make my tea:
I boil the nettles in water, and add a bit of fresh thyme and ginger for an extra kick.
Let it simmer for about 10 minutes and your herbal tea is ready.

I love the taste!
(And the wine I pour in… that’s just a joke 😄)
