“Nettle Tea, straight from the garden!”
Nettle Tea, straight from the garden! It doesn’t get more organic than this wild nettles, freshly picked from the garden (yes, with gloves on!). Nettles are a powerhouse of nutrients: They’re packed with **vitamins A, C, K, and several B vitamins, plus iron, calcium, magnesium, and antioxidants. Here’s how I make my tea: I boil the nettles in water, and add a bit of fresh thyme and ginger for an extra kick. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes and your herbal tea is ready. I love the taste! (And the wine I pour in… that’s just a joke 😄) #nettletea #herbaltea #organicliving #foragedfood #sustainablelifestyle #fromthegarden #realfoodmovement #drinknatural #wildtea #organicrecipes #naturopathicliving #foodasmedicine #earthtokitchen #greenteaalt #ecokitchen #slowfoodlife
