Confetti Pasta with Lamb Sausage and Roasted Tomatoes
A simple, bold pasta dish made with upcycled carrot and beetroot pasta, lamb sausage, roasted tomatoes, garlic, and fresh lettuce.

- organic lamb sausage
- tomatoes
- garlic
- fresh organic lettuce
- olive oil
- black pepper
- wine (optional)
Hoe doe je het

Slice the tomatoes in half and set aside.

Cook the lamb sausages, then slice them into smaller pieces.

Light the portable stove and place a pan on it. Add olive oil.

Add the sliced sausages to the pan and cook, stirring.

Add the sliced tomatoes to the pan and stir.

Mince the garlic and add it to the pan.

Grind black pepper over the pan.

Add the cooked confetti pasta to the pan and stir.

Chop the lettuce into small pieces and add to the pan. Toss to combine.

Transfer the pasta to a bowl and serve.
