Today on the hotplate, and truly under the smoke of Amsterdam!

A juicy organic sandwich with half-and-half ground meat, green asparagus, spring onions, red onion, anchovies, garlic, lime, and a generous dusting of Parmigiano Reggiano. Finished with a swirl of mayo, pure indulgence.

How to make it?
Sauté a red onion, then add the ground meat. Once it starts to brown, stir in finely chopped garlic and anchovies. Let it simmer gently for about 8 minutes. Add the spring onions, grated Parmigiano, and a squeeze of lime juice. Toast the bread, stack everything on top, and you're done!

Apologies for the windy sound, the lakes were wild today! But the sandwich? Unbelievably good.
I served it with a chilled glass of rosé (not mandatory, but highly recommended).

And yes – all ingredients are organic, but not the mayo;-)
