Butterhead Lettuce Dressing
This is hands down the best dressing for butterhead lettuce. Once your friends try it, they’ll never want another salad again.

- 2 anchovy fillets, finely chopped
- 1 egg yolk
- 5 tablespoons wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 10 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
