    Slice up spring onions, fresh ginger, and garlic.

    Put the sliced ingredients in a bowl.

    Heat 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil until hot and pour over the ingredients in the bowl.

    Add a dash of sesame oil, a splash of mirin, a small spoon of sugar, and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Stir well.

    Cook the noodles according to package directions and drain.

    Toss the cooked noodles into the bowl with the sauce and mix everything together.

    Finish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and a squeeze of lemon.

Toss in the cooked noodles, mix everything together, and finish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and a squeeze of lemon.
