Warm Feta with Tomatoes and Olives on Naan
Warm, melted organic feta tucked under juicy cherry tomatoes and olives, seasoned with Provençal herbs, garlic and fresh thyme, served on crispy naan bread.

- organic feta cheese, 3 blocks
- cherry tomatoes, as needed
- dark purple olives, as needed
- green olives, as needed
- fresh thyme, a bunch
- Provençal herbs, to taste
- garlic, to taste
- salt, to taste
- olive oil, for drizzling
- naan bread, as needed
Hoe doe je het

Preheat oven to 190°C.

Cut naan bread into smaller circles using a round metal cutter.

Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the naan circles on both sides until crispy. Set aside.

In a glass baking dish, layer cherry tomatoes (stems removed), dark purple and green olives, and blocks of feta cheese.

Season with fresh thyme, Provençal herbs, garlic, and salt. Drizzle with olive oil.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.

Remove from oven and gently mash the feta with a fork, mixing with the tomatoes and olives.

Spoon the mixture onto the crispy naan circles, fold, and secure with a toothpick. Serve warm.
