Hoe doe je het

    Boil cavolo nero for about 6 minutes in water with whole garlic cloves.

    Cook the pasta until al dente, reserving some pasta water.

  3. 03

    Hard-boil the eggs, then slice them.

  4. 04

    In a pan, heat olive oil and butter. Add chopped cooked kale and garlic, and sauté.

    Add the cooked pasta and a splash of reserved pasta water. Stir to combine.

    Mix in the sliced hard-boiled eggs.

    Finish with a generous amount of grated Parmigiano Reggiano and black pepper. Serve.
