Organic Pasta Cipolle with Parmesan Cheese

    Add chopped red chilies and ground black pepper.

    Cut a lemon into quarters and add to the pan.

    Meanwhile, cook penne pasta in boiling water until al dente.

    Transfer the cooked onion mixture and liquid to a blender and blend until smooth.

    Grate Parmesan cheese directly into the sauce and stir.

    Add the cooked penne pasta to the sauce and mix well.

    Serve the pasta in a bowl, spoon extra sauce on top, garnish with a rosemary sprig, and grate more Parmesan cheese over it.
