Organic Spaghetti with Italian Pecorino Cheese Sauce & Crushed Peppers. This is one of the tastiest spaghetti dishes you’ll ever try—so rich and flavorful! The intense flavor of Pecorino, combined with hand-crushed peppers, makes this a true delight. For making this at home: grate the Pecorino cheese and place it in an aluminum bowl, then add some hot pasta water (from the cooking spaghetti) and gently stir until it becomes a smooth, creamy mixture. Place the bowl in a pan of boiling water (this is called a bain-marie), and slowly finish the sauce by whisking it with more pasta water and possibly a bit of extra grated cheese. Add the crushed peppers and the cooked spaghetti, then toss it all together. Serve with a sprinkle of extra pepper and some more grated Pecorino. This is just soooo delicious! Note: All ingredients are organic, including the cheese and peppers! 🌿 Did you know? Pecorino cheese is one of Italy’s oldest cheeses, dating back to Roman times! It’s made from sheep’s milk (hence the name "pecora," Italian for sheep), which gives it a rich, nutty flavor with a slightly salty edge. Traditionally, it’s aged to different stages, from softer, milder young Pecorino to sharp, firm aged Pecorino. Besides its fantastic taste, Pecorino is also a great source of calcium, protein, and healthy fats. Well, now you know! 🧀😊 #SpaghettiPerfection #PecorinoLove #ItalianFlavors #UnderTheSmokeOfAmsterdam #DeliciousAndSimple #OrganicCooking
