Spanish Calabash (Bottle Gourd) with Butter
A simple yet delicious Spanish calabash prepared on a hotplate in Amsterdam, similar to sweet potato but lighter.

- Organic butter (as needed)
- Black pepper (to taste)

Rub additional butter directly onto the cooking calabash using a cloth.

Grind black pepper over the calabash to taste.

Continue cooking until the calabash is browned and tender. Serve hot.
