Pan-Seared Wolffish with Shiitake and Saffron
A luxurious yet simple hotplate dish featuring sustainably caught wolffish, sautéed shiitake mushrooms, sea asparagus, fresh chili, and a pinch of saffron.

I finished it off with a pinch of saffron, giving this dish a luxurious flair and a perfect 10 in flavor!
