    Cook the spaghetti according to package directions until al dente.

    Rinse the clams in water.

  3. 03

    Chop the fresh coriander, red chili pepper, tomato, garlic cloves, and lemon.

    Heat a hotplate or griddle over an open fire.

    Add the chopped herbs, tomatoes, chili, and garlic to the hot griddle.

  6. 06

    Add the clams to the griddle and pour the wine over them.

  7. 07

    Stir the clams and vegetables with a metal spatula and sprinkle with salt.

    Cook until the clams open.

  9. 09

    Add the cooked spaghetti to the griddle and mix everything together.

    Serve immediately.
