Grilled Mediterranean Prawns
Red prawns marinated in olive oil, garlic, and thyme, grilled over an open fire for a smoky flavor.

Arrange the seasoned prawns in a metal grilling basket.

Place the grilling basket over the burning fire and grill for 5 minutes.

Slice a lemon and squeeze some juice over the prawns while grilling.

Flip the prawns and grill for another 5 minutes.

Remove the prawns from the grill and place on a wooden board.

Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the cooked prawns and serve with lemon slices.
